The Youth Anxiety Relief kit combines tools that serve to calm the nervous system and give mental health support. Designed by a psychotherapist, this kit offers youth tools to minimize feelings of anxiety and empowering them with tools on hand if and when anxious feelings come up.
This kit is based on CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) with the understanding that changing our thoughts with cues can have a deep impact on reducing our anxious feelings and behaviours.

Aromatherapy bracelet:
The lava rock's porous texture allows it to absorb and diffuse your calming essential oils. Simply add a few drops of your preferred essential oil (we highly recommend lavender!) onto the lava beads, and experience the gentle release of aromatic scents throughout the day.

Breathing tool:
Using the principles of pursed lip breathing, this tool encourages slow, controlled exhalation, which can help reduce feelings of anxiety, stress, and tension. It’s also a great tool for managing panic attacks.

The little holder is super cute and the candles are very well made! Exactly what I wanted!
I was confused because I thought the brass holder would securely hold the lit candle in place. (the candle is bottom is much smaller than the brass holder) I emailed the seller and got an immediate response explaining if I rub the bottom of the candle with my palm to heat it up a bit, it will stay in place, which actually worked.
