This was a beautiful gift for my aunt that is into meditation. She said that it has help her being constant at meditating. Also my package got lost, but the communication was so easy with the store. Nice gift for a friend. Candle base has a hole in it so be careful with wax possibly going through.
I use this for breathing techniques and wear it like a necklace, and I like it so much that this is the second one I bought so that I have a backup case I misplaced the first one. I think it would make a great gift too!
