I love this so much more than the metal Kaisen cure I bought. The bamboo is so awesome, and I like to put essential oils on it and use it as a smoking replacement!

I bought these for smoking cessation, but it’s just a bamboo tube. There is no resistance when you breathe in and out, so you might as well use a straw and save yourself the money.
