Based in CBT, the “I Survived a Narcissist” kit is created to support
healing and empowerment to help navigate the path to recovery from a toxic relationship with well-researched practices.

Too often, individuals struggle with and internalize the negative outcomes of having been with a toxic or narcissistic partner. This kit helps to challenge some of those negative self-talk and insecurities and serves as a guide to help reset your thinking through evidence-based approaches to respond to yourself with kindness and compassion as you heal. 
 
The “I survived a Narcissist” Kit includes: 
Mindful Thoughts: A set of thought cards to challenge negative self-talk.
Mindful Moments: A practice of reflection guided by a 20-minute burning mini beeswax candle. 
Mindful Gratitude: A daily exercise of acknowledging gratitude. 
Mindful Stickers: A visual reminder to think positively about yourself. 
A Mindful Reminder: A little note to keep close & read aloud when feeling distressed. 
A Mindful Closure: A closure letter used as a therapeutic tool to express yourself.
